1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of notyourtype.nl (the "Site"), operated by notyourtypefoundry, registered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. By accessing or using the Site, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Use
The Site provides browsing and purchasing of font licenses, evaluating typefaces through the type tester tool, accessing articles and project documentation, and submitting inquiries regarding commissioned design work.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not scrape the Site beyond robots.txt permissions; use visual typeface specimens for AI/ML training; reproduce site content without authorization; misrepresent ownership; or use the Site unlawfully.
4. Font Licensing
Purchase and use of font licenses are governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA). These Terms govern use of the Site itself and do not modify the EULA.
5. Type Tester
The type tester tool is provided to allow evaluation of typefaces prior to purchase. Font data accessed through the type tester remains the property of notyourtypefoundry.
6–11. IP, Links, Warranty, Liability, Amendments, Law
All typeface designs and site content are protected under applicable copyright law. The Site is provided as is. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, with exclusive jurisdiction in Rotterdam.
