1. Definitions

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of font software provided by notyourtypefoundry. By downloading, installing, or using the font software, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Types

Retail licenses are project-specific and non-transferable. Free To Use BUT Be Nice licenses apply only to the free catalogue releases listed on the website and do not cover retail typefaces.

Company size for commercial licensing refers to the end-user organization that will use the fonts — not the designer purchasing on behalf of a client.

3. Permitted Use

Licenses typically cover desktop installation, print, and web embedding according to the selected license package. Web usage is provided through the foundry's hosted service where applicable rather than unrestricted self-hosting of font files.

4. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share font files or source files without written permission.

You may not use the fonts to create or distribute harmful, discriminatory, or offensive content toward any individual, group, or religion.

5. Credit

When required by the applicable license (including Free To Use BUT Be Nice), credit the designer(s) and notyourtypefoundry.
